Wake Up on the Beach
Our award-winning park has been family-run since 1945, and next year, we celebrate 80 years on the Cornish coast. Set on our own privately owned beach, our park is the perfect place to unwind with loved ones.
We have plenty to do on the park, including two tennis courts, a beachfront play park, and two indoor swimming pools with fun flumes inside The Seahorse complex.
Down on our beach, you'll find Cornwall Watersports, our resident thrill-seeking experts, so you can try your hand at paddleboarding, kayaking and more during your holiday.
If you're looking to explore Cornwall, we're located within a stone's throw of the South West Coast Path, idyllic fishing villages, and some of the biggest attractions in the UK, including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, so there's plenty to do for all ages.
To celebrate our 80th year in 2025, we're excited to announce that we're keeping our prices at the same tariff. We hope you'll join us to mark the occasion.
Please note that while we don't accept animals on the park, our sister site, Heligan, does.

The Lookout: Our Private Lodge
Perched high above the park with panoramic sea views, The Lookout is a luxurious three-bedroom holiday home. Complete with its own spacious, private decked area, this accommodation is perfect for sitting outside in the sunshine and soaking up the stunning sea views.
The Retreat: A Home from Home
If you’re looking for a more peaceful and secluded getaway, then our beautiful four-bedroom lodge, The Retreat, makes for an unrivalled woodland escape. Nestled in our Woodland Willows area, although only a short walk to the beach, The Retreat can comfortably sleep up to eight people.

Indoor Swimming Pools
Splash around in our two indoor swimming pools at The Seahorse! Our fun pool with a water flume and separate lap pool both measure 18 metres long - so there's plenty of room to take a dip! Heated to around 30°C all year round, it’s perfect for the whole family to enjoy, whatever the weather.
Eat and Drink
Try local flavours in The Seahorse Restaurant, treat yourself to cake in our Lower Deck Coffee Shop, soak up the sun at Hub Box on the beach, or tuck into traditional fish and chips - we've got your meals covered every day of the week.
Cornwall Watersports
Located right on our private beach, our resident watersports experts, Cornwall Watersports, host a range of activities and equipment hire. New for 2025, their Sands Sauna is the perfect place to warm up after a plunge in the sea.
South West Coastpath
Walk, run or cycle your way around Cornwall, starting from our park. This is the perfect way to savour the panoramic sea views of the South Coast and step into nature.
Heligan Caravan & Camping - Our Dog-Friendly Sister Site
If you’re seeking a camping experience under the stars, wheelchair-friendly accommodation, or a luxurious lodge stay, we have something for everyone! Our dog-friendly sister site offers a perfect way to relax with your four-legged friends.
Really clean. Everything you need. The restaurant was great and the food delicious. Great that we could use the pool for free too. The beach was stunning, with silver sand and clear sea.
