In 2025, we're celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Riviera Run from Friday 2nd - Monday 5th May!
Pack your bags for a three-day festival like no other. Every May bank holiday, the Riviera Run is held at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park, attracting an impressive show of Minis and a whole host of entertainment.
In 2025, CMC’s Riviera Run returns to our park with activities suitable for all ages, live music, entertainment, and delicious food and drink.

Home to The Seahorse Restaurant, Lower Deck Coffee Shop, amusement arcade and two indoor swimming pools, The Seahorse is the place where it all happens.
Open for lunch and dinner, dine in our restaurant while savouring the panoramic sea views of Mevagissey Bay. our team of chefs have curated a menu bursting with delicate flavours and sizzling surprises, from hearty roasts to locally sourced fresh fish.
Our first time visiting Pentewan and all I can say is I can see why it’s such a sought-after holiday park.

Booking your holiday
• To make a booking, go online at www.pentewan.co.uk, or call us on 01726 843 485. We accept payment via credit card, debit card and cheques. The booking is only confirmed once we have checked the details and sent a confirmation.
• Balances must be paid in full 42 days prior to the commencement of your holiday. We reserve the right to re-let your pitch or accommodation if your balance is not paid in full 42 days prior to the start of your holiday and the deposit paid will be non-refundable.
• All bookings during peak times (May half term and the Summer Holidays) for holiday homes and touring and camping pitches must be for a full week. For holiday homes, this is either Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday. For touring and camping, this is either Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday.
• No refunds will be made for late arrivals, early departures, or evictions.
• Deposits are not refundable except in accordance with the terms of the cancellation scheme.
• Provisional telephone bookings will be held for 48 hours only. If no deposit or payment is received within that time the booking will lapse.
• The Company reserves the right to make a surcharge after accepting a booking if increased costs or an error on our behalf when making your booking makes this necessary. The customer will be notified of any such surcharge at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the holiday (other than VAT changes which may apply without notice).
• All bookings for touring pitches and holiday homes for seven nights or more are subject to a compulsory booking fee and cancellation fee. Please find out more information regarding camping, touring and holiday home charges below.
What is included in the price of my holiday?
If you are staying at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park, you'll have unlimited access to our all-weather leisure facility, The Seahorse, which has two, heated indoor swimming pools and an amusement arcade. We have an array of facilities including shower and toilet amenities, on-site shop and plenty of eateries for you to enjoy. View all of our facilities here.
If you are staying in one of our holiday homes we provide duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases, and one sheet per bed free of charge. Additional linen can be provided if necessary. We do not provide linen for children under 3, cot linen, tea towels, towels, or shower/bath mats. For a full list of what is included, click here.
What size are the pitches?
The pitches at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park are generous in size and are an average of 13 meters square. Book online to see the actual size of your pitch or call our reservations team on +44 (0) 1726 843 485 to discuss your requirements.
We do ask that all our prospective guests check the size of their tent, motorhome, or touring caravan before booking to select the most appropriate pitch.
Are your beachfront pitches available all year?
Kindly note, that our beachfront pitches are only available at certain times of the year, ensuring the best experience in line with weather conditions.
The beachfront pitches are usually available to book Between April and September - call or email us to find out more.
How far is Pentewan Sands Holiday Park from the beach?
Our holiday park is located on its own private beach! All of our accommodation options are within walking distance of the sea. If you're looking for our a luxurious beachside stay, our popular beachfront pitches and beach houses are located directly by the beach.

How to find us
For satnav users, the postcode is PL26 6BT. You will find us located approximately four miles south of St Austell on the B3273, just off the road between St Austell and Mevagissey, directly on Pentewan Beach. Look out for our sign on the left-hand side, just past the turning for Pentewan Village.
