WIN a Half Term Holiday

By entering a competition on the Pentewan Sands or The Seahorse Facebook or Twitter page you are agreeing to Pentewan Sands Terms and Conditions, as per our Booking Page and as below.

Competition Details:

Entries must be submitted by 9pm, Sunday 18 October 2015.

·         The prize winners will be notified on Monday 19 October 2015.

There will be a total of 5 prize winners. Each prize is for a seven night stay (or part of) between 24 – 31 October 2015, for 4 people, in a Holiday Home (up to Gold Plus Standard). 

The prize is non-transferable to another person, and non-exchangeable for cash. The holiday must be taken during the dates above or will become void. Prize does not include any extras or food and drink. 

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion. Entrants are providing information to Pentewan Sands and not to Facebook.

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

 1. To enter a competition you must be: 
(a) UK resident; and 
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. Comments must be posted on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Facebook entries must be directly written onto the Post. Twitter and Instagram entries must include the hashtag #PentewanHalfTerm

3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.

4. The winner will be the entrant(s) selected by judge.

5. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Pentewan Sands reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

6. If you win a competition, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within one week, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.

7. The prize cannot be transferable to another person.

8. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.

9. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.

10. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

11. Pentewan Sands Holiday Park reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
