2016 New Holiday Homes

NEW for 2016, we will be adding 15 new holiday homes, delivering a fantastic range of high-end holiday accommodation. This large investment follows another successful year and a move to further strengthen our reputation as a quality, five-star Holiday Park.
Entering in the Diamond, Platinum and Gold Plus ranges, the 15 new holiday homes all come with three bedrooms and an excellent specification.
This year we have invested in homes from two leading UK manufacturers, Willerby and ABI, who share our commitment to quality. From the Willerby range we have new Avonmore, Rio Premier and Sierra models and we are also looking forward to receiving our new, unique Beachcomber models from ABI.
In our Diamond range, the Avonmore provides a real sense of comfort, luxury and style. The open plan living area boasts contemporary oak-effect furniture and generous L-shaped seating, whilst the dining area features a sturdy freestanding dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying family meals.
The kitchen boasts an attractive overhead peninsular display and storage area, as well as a smart twin cavity oven, stainless steel extractor fan, and integrated fridge-freezer.
The family shower room is bright and spacious, whilst the comfortable bedrooms use rich, sumptuous fabrics to great effect. A dressing area with matching stool, mood lighting and en-suite WC all add to the luxurious feel of the main bedroom.
With its fresh new colour scheme and subtle design enhancements for 2016, the ever popular Avonmore remains a stand-out model in the Pentewan Sands Holiday Home range.
There’s six sumptuous new Rio Premier homes in our Platinum range, all with outside decking. The spacious lounge features a contemporary new fire surround and freestanding TV unit, as well as generous 'floating' sofa seating with reversible scatter back cushions, allowing you to easily change the look of your living area. The practical dinette carries the same styling and provides a great space to enjoy family mealtimes.
The modern kitchen is bright and inviting; with a large fridge-freezer, integrated microwave and stainless steel extractor fan all included as standard. The pretty new colour scheme continues into the bedrooms, with sumptuous curtain fabrics and co-ordinating headboards giving these rooms a lavish feel.
Both comfortable and stylish, the Rio Premier is designed for those wanting a spacious holiday home, with that extra element of luxury.
Inspired by the beautiful British coastline, the three new Beachcomber models bring the serenity of the sea to the comfort of our holiday homes. The welcoming rich turquoise and natural tones create a sense of space and homeliness whilst the well-equipped holiday home offers all the comfort your family will need, with plenty of kitchen storage, quality built-in appliances and stunning double patio doors leading to outside decking.
Four new three-bed Sierras will be joining our Gold Plus ranges. The distinctive front window profile provides a striking front aspect, and three of the homes will come with exterior decking.
The lounge is incredibly spacious, with generous wrap-around seating and a stylish new fire surround and TV storage unit. The 'U' shaped kitchen is a bright and well-designed space, with a 70/30 fridge-freezer and double cavity gas oven/grill as standard.
In the generously proportioned bedrooms, the Sierra effortlessly combines style and substance. There's ample storage space, whilst the subtle new colour scheme of soft pinks and light wood tones make these rooms relaxing, restful spaces.
