We are very much gearing up for opening as usual on 27th March and looking forward to welcoming guests to the park throughout the 2020 season.
Our priority remains the safety and wellbeing of all our Guests, Team members and Visitors to Pentewan.
We are aware that the rapidly changing situation surrounding Coronavirus has been making people feel anxious, but we want to assure you we are doing all we can to support your holiday plans and to ensure the risk to our valued Guests and Team members on site remains low.
Following the Government advice issued on 16th March we are still preparing to open to guests on 27th March as planned, however we are seeking further clarification from relevant authorities as to the potential restrictions in our normal service and operation. As and when these changes to service are confirmed we will provide an update to affected guests.
We fully appreciates that these are uncertain and unsettling times for everyone concerned, however the situation has resulted from extraordinary events that are out of our control, therefore we are unable to issue refunds to guests wishing to cancel holidays unless they have taken out our Cancellation Scheme at the time of booking; our standard Terms & Conditions will continue to apply.
Our Bookings Team are extremely busy with calls and emails at this time. We thank you for your patience whilst we respond to messages and assist guests with their holiday plans.
We are monitoring the situation carefully and will provide an update if anything changes.

Our Team have been busy enhancing our hygiene procedures across our accommodation and facilities to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
We are increasing the frequency of cleaning of all public facilities on site and reviewed our cleaning products to ensure they are of the required standard.
We will continue to review our procedures and operations so our guests will have the utmost confidence in our care.
