Introducing… Stingi’s Restaurant and Bar, opening at Pentewan Sands on Friday 28th March!

With panoramic sea views across Mevagissey bay from sunrise to sunset, this exciting addition to our park features a stunning cocktail bar and intimate restaurant, where immersive Asian décor meets a soundtrack of sizzling flavours.

From Malaysia to Tokyo, Thailand to Singapore, Stingi’s is a meeting of cultures. Our dishes have been carefully developed with local suppliers – plants grown in Cornish soil, meat from nearby farms, and fish caught just off the bay. Cornwall is our home, and lays the foundation for everything we produce.

Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from noon, join us for our first seating inspired by the Cantonese ‘Yum Cha’ brunch. Sit back while we bring you a selection of beautifully hand-crafted small plates. Browse the dishes as they pass by, and choose whatever you fancy, while enjoying a beer, crafty cocktail, Japanese whiskey, or a good old-fashioned cup of tea.

In the evening, we’ll serve an à la carte menu, showcasing the finest techniques and produce. Pair each course with local wines from Truro's Old Chapel Cellars, or a cocktail made with spirts from Cornish suppliers, while the sun sets over the sea, casting with fiery amber hues across your plate.

With only 54 seats per sitting, booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
