How to Book Your Holiday for 2027

As our 2027 Tariff is not yet live, this early-bird booking process allows you to ‘reserve’ your holiday by paying a refundable deposit against your booking. You can place your booking online or by calling us on 01726 843485.

For Touring and Camping holidays, we ask for a £50 deposit per booking.

For Holiday Homes, we ask for a £100 deposit per week.

On Thursday, the quickest and easiest way to secure your dream pitch or holiday home is to use our website, as this will immediately secure your reservation. We are expecting a high volume of phone calls, so if you are able to book online, we kindly ask that you help us to keep our lines clear for those who require additional assistance.

How This Process Works:

Each booking will be secured with a deposit only. At this point, there is no Tariff against your booking, so the 'total value' of your holiday that you see in your booking confirmation will be the total value of your deposit plus any applicable booking fees and extras, not the total cost of the holiday itself.

At the end of the year, we will confirm our 2027 tariff. We will send you a new booking confirmation via email with the updated cost of your holiday. At this point, you will be given a 'consideration period' in which to decide if you would like to go ahead with your booking.

If you are happy with the tariff, you do not need to do anything.

If you would like to cancel, you will have a specified time frame in which to cancel and receive a full refund.

Please note that cancellations made after the 'consideration period' will be treated in line with the standard cancellation policy.

Terms and Conditions:

You can read our full booking terms and conditions here. Please ensure that you read these in full before placing a booking with us. A booking is a contract, and when you make a booking with us either online, over the phone or by email, the Terms and Conditions will fully apply to your booking.

Key Terms and Conditions to Note:

Plots, Moves and Banding Changes: When you book your holiday home or pitch, we allow you to pick your plot (subject to availability). While we do our best to facilitate your request, this is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to move your booking to another location for any reason, at which point you will be contacted to be notified of any changes and offered a suitable alternative.

We may, at times, upgrade our fleet of holiday homes, change the price bandings of our homes, change the positions of our holiday home and change our holiday home units. We reassess our fleet every year, and the holiday home plot that you have booked is subject to change unit, banding or number of bedrooms. We will notify you if the holiday home you have booked has changed in any way, and we will offer you a suitable alternative.

Location: While we do our best to facilitate your request for a specific pitch or holiday home, this is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to move your booking to another location in the event of circumstances outside of our control.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions:

We offer a 24 hour cooling off period to cancel your booking if you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions. If we do not hear from you within this time period (via email or letter correspondence only), we will assume that you have read and understood these in full, and accept that they apply to your booking.
