2017 Camping and Touring Bookings

Due to the large number of booking requests we receive, this process can take up to a week during which time our phone lines will be turned off. If you have submitted a form, please do not worry if you do not hear from us before Friday 4 November. Once your booking has been processed you will receive an email from us confirming your pitch and price.

Phone lines will reopen on Saturday 5 November and remaining 2017 pitches and holiday homes will go live online and by phone on Monday 7 November at 9am.

We're pleased to announce that we are now accepting requests for 2017 Camping and Touring Pitch bookings. Please complete the form below and either hand in to Reception at Pentewan Sands or post to Pentewan Sands Holiday Park, Pentewan, Cornwall PL26 6BT. If you would like to book a Holiday Home for 2017, please contact us on 01726 843 485 for details.

Forms MUST be received by 12 noon on Saturday 29 October 2016. Please clearly mark your top three pitch choices on the form. While every endeavour will be made to meet customers’ requirements we do receive high demand for some pitches and they will be allocated on a ‘first out the hat’ basis. Should your top three choices not be available, we will allocate you the next best alternative. Please indicate at the bottom of the page if you do not wish to be advised of an alternative pitch. 

Please note, if requesting a group booking or to have pitches located next to friends / family, all individual bookings must be submitted stapled together. 

We will process all booking requests in the week commencing 31 October. Due to the large number of booking requests we receive, this process can take up to a week during which time our phones will be turned off - please do not worry if you do not hear from us before Friday 4 November. Once your booking has been processed you will receive an email from us confirming your pitch and price. Phone lines will reopen on Saturday 5 November, you will then have 10 days to contact us and pay your deposit of 25% (or a minimum of £50). If we have not heard from you by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled. The full balance will be due 42 days prior to your holiday start date. Remaining 2017 pitches will go live online and by phone on Monday 7 November at 9am.
