Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Firstly, the team at Pentewan Sands would just like to thank everybody for their patience and understanding at this unusual time. We’re certainly missing having you all here, especially with this lovely weather, but are looking forward to having you join us soon.

The current government guidelines state that there is a possibility we will be able to reopen in some capacity during Phase 3 of the lockdown from 4th July. The team have been super busy not only keeping the park to its 5 star standard, but also working on how we can welcome you all back again. Whilst the government work on the guidelines for reopening, there is still a lot of uncertainty. However, we thought it was important to update you as much as we can on how things are looking at the moment.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed that there will be some good news from the government soon so we have everything ready to go to reopen as soon as possible. If you’ve booked to stay in one of our holiday homes, we envisage that your stay will be largely unchanged with the exception of a few minor tweaks to check in times.

With regards to touring bookings, we are also looking forward to welcoming you back soon. However, until the government releases some guidance we are unsure at present whether there will be any restrictions in relation to our communal facilities or pitch spacing.

We know this is all still a little uncertain but will be updating you all again with more news soon as it’s important to us to keep you all in the loop. Once we receive the official guidance we will act accordingly and contact you directly.

Our bookings and reservation team are exceptionally busy and have been working tirelessly to ensure all our current effected holidays are being dealt with as quickly as possible. If you’ve booked for dates before 4th July you should have received an email from us outlining your options. Please make sure you reply to this email and where possible refrain from calling us. The team will reply to your emails as soon as they can so please bear with us!
